With the strut set, you can reduce the spacing for sorting small fruits by inserting struts in the Sortier! This results in a spacing of 12 mm for sorting fruits and nuts from approx. 15 mm diameter (e.g. walnuts, apricots, cider pears, large hazelnuts).
