You can test our products within 7 days for conditions, properties and functionality. The principle of trust applies that you can test the goods for functional check in the field, but do not perform any everyday use, so that they do not depreciate in value. In the event of a return, we will take over the collection of the goods with our logistics partner and bear the costs for the return, you only bear the shipping costs for the delivery. 

We offer a 5-year warranty on the frame of the fruit caterpillar upon registration. For the sorting! and all other components, we naturally fulfill the legal warranty of 2 years. We do our utmost to make our products low-maintenance and easy to repair. The e-bike Li-ion battery is suitable for about 1,000 charging cycles and should last many seasons with proper maintenance (about every 3 months to 80 % charge). Since we buy this ourselves, we are limited with regard to warranty provisions and can give only 1 year warranty. If you have any questions about our warranty, please feel free to contact us.
